If you are qualified AMCT (or similar Treasury or Accounting qualifications) and have treasury experience, this is a chance to work in a Treasury Advisory group for a well respected consultancy firm. The group works with a client base of the FTSE 250 as well as other major organisations.
Corporate Treasury functions vary from entity to entity but in the main they are largely concerned with the following key issues for which the team provides a quality consultancy services:
Managing the key financial risks organisations face, such as foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
Organisational funding; and
Cash and liquidity management
The team work with all levels of management, on a project basis allowing variety and opportunity for increased learning. The consultancy provide great support and encourage team members to pursue working on projects in other areas of the consultancy if desired.
For this role, candidates should be:
AMCT (or similar Treasury qualification/ accounting qualification) and Treasury experience
Experience of either:
o End to end cash management processes - including forecasting, execution and payments;
o or Treasury systems experience - including selection and implementation;
o or Treasury accounting and controls.
Will also consider high calibre qualified accountants (with some experience PQE) with limited Treasury experience.
