Based on the Strand minutes from the City, one of UK's leading Construction Recruitment Specialists are actively seeking a sales focused graduate who has the ambitions to succeed in the recruitment industry. Having been voted in the Top 100 Companies to work for by The Times, you will be recruiting for the buoyant construction sector on projects such as the 2012 London Games, River Thames Developments and Corporate Real Estate.

Whether you've been in a recruitment or sales role before or even if you have no relevant experience but are money hungry, intelligent and need a complete career change, they're offering the opportunity to get involved in something special as opposed to the daily corporate drudge. On joining you will initially be put through their training academy where you will learn all aspects of Recruitment ? from Generating new business, presenting to companies, pitching new clients and candidates, negotiating fees and closing deals, before working alongside a team of top billing consultants as a fully fledged recruiter.

You will then have the opportunity of working on a number of high profile projects servicing Clients on a regional, national and international basis recruiting some of the biggest players within Corporate Real Estate from Quantity Surveyors to Civil Engineers, to Architects and Town Planners.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, preferably have some business to business sales experience combined with a keen interest within the Real Estate Industry. You will also need to be ambitious, sales focused, team orientated, engaging, bright and able to think out side of side of the box!

Working from the floor of a 30 strong recruitment company you can expect a busy social calendar as monthly and quarterly nights out are encouraged (and always paid for by the company). Other perks include:
