Service Charge Accountant
Leading real estate company which currently manage over £19 billion of real estate assets, of which £1.4 billion is invested internationally in North America, continental Europe and Asia Pacific are currently looking for a Service Charge Accountant for a 9 mth contract position. You role will be to reconcile an agreed allocation of service charge files and within the lease, checking the income and outgoings are coded correctly, working along side management surveyors as well as many other responsibilities. You will need to have had previous Experience of commercial property accounting and previous service charge experience.
