Our client is a market-leading executive search firm, specialising in a number of lucrative markets, including Finance, Technology and Management Consultancy. They work in partnership with some of the world's most established organisations, which is testament to the service they provide.

They are looking for highly articulate and mature graduates with the desire to deliver the highest standards of excellence within very senior level executive search. You will need a 2.1 degree or above and will be incredibly determined, ambitious and self-motivated, with a professional and mature approach to work.

Successful candidates will begin as researchers, which will involve headhunting, name gathering, generating leads and searching databases. Proven researchers will soon become consultants; at which point you will be responsible for recruiting senior consultants up to lead partners. You will work towards placing people with basic salaries up to £1m.

You will be rewarded with a structured training programme delivered by experts in your specialist market and an uncapped commission structure that will allow you to earn exactly what you deserve. Salary: £20000 per annum + 40k 1st Year OTE
