Trainee Recruitment Consultant - London/Singapore

Our client is an innovative provider of senior level IT staff to the investment banking market. Their proven expertise within the markets they specialise in has led to their recognition as the leading supplier of the highest calibre of personnel to the world's leading Blue-Chip organisations and Financial institutions.

Suitable candidates will ideally be graduates or due to graduate soon with a 2.1 degree or above. You will need to be personable, credible and mature in your approach to work, as your success will be dependent on your ability to negotiate with candidates and clients at senior level both over the phone and face to face.

In order to be successful as a recruitment consultant for a market-leading recruitment company, you will need to be exceptionally self-motivated, with the determination and perseverance to excel within a competitive market and have an unmistakable desire to succeed.


Salary: £18000 - £22000 per annum + £40k 1st yr OTE 100k 3rd yr OTE
