Graduate Trainee Recruiters - Front Office Finance

Our client is a niche Executive Search firm, specialising predominantly in recruitment within the ?front? office of investment banks and institutional investors in the UK, China and USA. They are on PSL's with some of the most established and prestigious Investment Banks in the world, which is testament to the service they provide.

They are now looking to hire Graduates to train as Financial Headhunters in order to support their aggressive expansion plans internationally.

Suitable candidates will need to be exceptionally self motivated, with the determination, confidence and tenacity to excel within an ultra competitive market and the credibility and professionalism to negotiate with candidates and clients at very senior level. You will have a strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 or above with the ability to demonstrate success in all areas of your life.

Our client prefers to hire Graduates with no recruitment experience due to the confidence they have in the exceptional training they provide. You will be mentored and trained on all aspects of the recruitment process by experts in your specialist market, who will be targeted upon your successful development. Promotion within this company is based purely on the results you deliver, allowing proven consultants to be in charge of their own team often after just two years from joining.



Salary: £20000 - £23000 per annum + 60K OTE
