Project Site Engineer

Job Title: Project Site Engineers

The Role: Working on a multi site Hospital PFI. This role is to work with the Estates Manager and assist him in the completion of this multi million pound project. You will assist in ensuring SLA's are being met as well as the KPI's. You will be reporting directly to the Estates Manager. You will be one the main contacts for the Service providers and the Board on all issues. You will also be responsible for the Planning, Co-ordination and Management of Service Delivery on the site. You will need to develop the policies and procedures including health and safety, environmental, records management etc are all compliant to legislation.

The person: You need to be a confident in the Facilities Management industry and have a consultative approach with clients and their needs. You must also a good problem solver. The culture of this company is that if you can, do therefore the right candidate needs to be adaptable to any situations. Working on a similar size PFI (£200m) will be beneficial. You must be at management level and able to lead a team and a project. Someone who can handle pressure very important for this role.
