2 Rosette Restaurant based in a Central London Four star Hotel is looking to appoint two chef de parties.
This is a small brigade so suitable applicants should be able to work around the garnish, sauce and fish sections.
A good basic salary with a bonus incentive, and benefits associated with a hotel group are on offer.
The ideal candidate will be working to Chef de Partie level in a restaurant that holds rosettes.
