Sous Chef
Fine dining restaurant specialising in fish is looking for a Sous chef to join the brigade.
This 120 cover restaurant is looking for a strong sous chef who is not only a good cook, but is a strong man manager who can look after the brigade of 8 in the head chefs absence.
You will also need to be able to produce food of a very high standard and be creative enough to write specials menus.
This is a great opportunity to work in a group of restaurants run by a michelin star chef.
