Salary £30,000 plus full Flex package



We are working with a leading name in employee benefits provision who are seeking an experienced employee benefits professional to support an Account Director with all aspects of scheme project management. In particular you will take responsibility for the management of launches and renewals of Flexible Benefit scheme sand Total Reward Schemes, covering IT implementation, user testing, design and creation of handbooks, presentations, paper choices forms etc. You must have a good working knowledge of a full range of employee benefits and be familiar with tax and NI issues related to flex benefits.
