Head of UK Client Management ? Global Custody & Securities



Leading European Bank, based City of London



£55,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Package



With responsibility for managing the UK Client Management/Relationship Management team, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to take ownership of this leading European Bank's UK Client base. You will manage the UK Client Management team (Currently 10 Account Managers) and have the principle responsibility for managing and overseeing all UK Client Accounts. These include leading UK Pensions funds and Financial Institutions. This will involve supporting clients on a day to day basis as well as investigate and resolve client queries and issues. You will also be a key part of the Relationship Management process and work closely with both the Relationship and Sales Management teams.



To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience of working in a client/account management role within the UK Custody, Clearing and Settlement industries. Previous management experience is also important as is a pro active and energetic approach to the role and a good technical knowledge of the Global Custody markets. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals and situations.
