Senior Human Resources Officer - 4 Star Hotel


Our client a modern 4 star hotel located very close to the beautiful surroundings of Hyde Park is currently looking for an HR Assistant to join their team, working in a team of 2 with 2 other senior HR member.

Main duties will be:

To manage the HR department with an Administrator in conjunction with a specialist HR advisory company who will provide the expert advice on all legal and statutory matters.

The role involves coordinating training, recruitment, grievance / disc matters and all admin functions for a hotel staff 120. The HR department is supported by a specialist HR advisory company who advise and indemnify on all HR matters.

The HR department function is to support the hotels management and teams to operate to high standards and also may involve activity in supporting the 3 company run restaurants in central London

It is likely that general HR experience covering all aspects of HOTEL recruitment / training and admin will be needed for this position. Study or membership of the CIPD is not an essential requirement for this role.

Applicants should have a great friendly and easy to approach personality, but also be professional, firm and dedicated. Must be motivated and enthusiastic about the position and when working, as well as having the ability to lead by example and work closely with senior staff members easily.
