A leading construction recruiter based minutes from the Strand is actively seeking 2 sales orientated graduates to become apart of their rapidly expanding team. Having been voted as one of the Top 100 Companies to work for by The Times, you will be recruiting for the buoyant construction sector on projects such as the 2012 London Games, River Thames Developments and Corporate Real Estate.
On a daily basis you will be sourcing and interviewing candidates, making cold calls and business development calls to maintain existing clients as well as develop new business, matching appropriate candidates to relevant job opportunities and managing your own 'patch' of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to undergo one of the industries most robust training programmes, and work for a company that is dedicated to the development and growth of their people as well as working for a company set to become the main player in the market place of construction recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with at least 6 months B2B sales experience. The main focus will be an ambitious character, oozing enthusiasm with the ability to organise yourself and earn large amounts of money within this lucrative industry.
