Guest Service Agent
Our client a Small luxury hotel is currently looking for a Guest Service Agent.
You will need to have previous recent experience as either a Receptionist or Guest Services Agent with a 4 or 5 star hotel environment, and this must be based in London.
Applicants are required to have excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills as well as having a warm, friendly and welcoming personality. Also you will need to be well presented and groomed at all times and must be flexible and reliable at all times.
Duties will include: - meeting and greeting guests, checking in and out of guests, answering and transferring calls, assisting guests with queries and info on London places to visit / restaurants/ theatres etc
