Project Manager (Electrical Bias) -Bristol and Surrounds
Up to 55,000 Per Annum + Package
We are looking for a Project Manager to join one of the world's largest and most diverse management and construction companies in the Bristol Office. We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of working within a main contracting environment ideally with experience in New Builds within the Education Sector on Projects up to 15 Million.

Experience working on projects with an M&E value in excess of 5m pound is an advantage, you will also need to be competent in procurement, design and be able to deliver projects on time.

You must demonstrate - Good Knowledge of Procurement ie, preparation of Tender lists and documentation. Pre-qualification selection, formulating scope of works, tender reconciliation, contract placing, recommendations and will have knowledge and experience in market forces and trends

The ability to present to clients would be advantageous.
