Pensions Manager
Needing very little introduction, this leading UK based Third Party Pension Administration organisation are now seeking two Pension Service Managers. One will be based in their London office and the other will be based in their West Sussex offices.
You will be specifically responsible for the service of agreed standards together with ensuring that overall team performance meets current and future business needs. This will include:
Identifying areas of weakness and formulating plans for improvement Plans, guiding, coaching
Developing and disciplining to help satisfactory resolution of people issues, including full use of performance review system
Ensuring that reviews and controls are put into place as necessary, instigating new procedures and structures to maintain and improve standards that satisfy the needs of the customer and the business
Builds relationships with customers of the service
Provide guidance to team members on all aspects of work and on more complex issues and problems that are outside the established guidelines, policies and procedures
With an awareness of scheme rules, industry regulations and current pensions legislation, experience of Defined Benefit arrangements is essential, together with good people management and interpersonal skills coupled with previous coaching, training, motivation and performance management experience you will ideally be already working within a similar pensions environment and be looking to take your career to its next step
Salary: £35000 - £45000 per annum + excellent benefits package
