Receptionist - Private Members Club
A private members club near to Hyde Park, London, is currently looking for a very customer service focused Reception Supervisor to join their team.
Applicants are required to have previous experience of being a reception Supervisor from a 5 star hotel or private members club background.
You will be required to have excellent presentation, good organisation and customer service skills, fantastic communication skills as well as being able to speak and understand English to a high level. Plus excellent supervisory and man management skills, with a great ability to motivate and deligate.
Duties will include, checking in and out of guests, answering and transferring calls, dealing with guest queries, providing a high level of customer service, ensuring rooms are ready for check in, handling of cash and ensuring service runs smoothly at all times. As well as this you will be required to work with the management of the property in ensuring that all FOH procedures are adhered to and that staff are correctly supervised, motivated, and presented
