Flexible Benefits & Total Reward Project Coordinator


An excellent opportunity now exists within our clients highly respected firm of Employee Benefit Advisers for a Flexible Benefits & Total Reward Project Coordinator to join their London offices.

The main responsibilities within this role will require a high quality support to the Account Manager providing regular updates on your portfolio of clients, project manage Launches and Renewals of Flex and TRS as well as respond to ad hoc data & benefit queries.

In addition you will be responsible for issuing monthly Fee Invoices, identify and act on all fee earning opportunities whilst meeting set objectives, you will therefore be fully conversant with compliance procedures and obligations ensuring that these are followed.

As the successful candidate you will have a good working knowledge of a range of benefits, including PMI, DIS, PHI, CI, PA and Pensions as well as detailed knowledge of the options for benefit spends within a Flex structure (e.g. gross flex deductions, gross payroll deductions, net payroll deductions), and the tax/NI implications for each flex benefit depending upon which treatment is used.
