Corporate Actions Manager, Surrey

An exciting opportunity now exists within the global leading Fund Managers for a Manager who has the ability to work to strict deadlines and communicate effectively at all levels within my clients Corporate Actions division.

The key responsibilities for this role are to ensure timely inclusion of all corporate action entitlements for all effected funds and checking the accuracy of all processing. You will also monitor status of all mandatory and non-mandatory portfolio manager notifications of corporate actions.

With the ability to ?think on your feet? and develop innovative solutions to problems with the commitment and desire to make things happen with a can do approach, it is essential that you have proven experience in global corporate actions within an Investment Management environment ideally at supervisory / management level desirable, however not essential.

This role offers an excellent salary and benefits package including free parking at their Surrey based office.


Salary: £60000 - £64000 per annum + excellent benefits package
