Flexible Benefits Team Leader, London


We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in employee benefit, actuarial and human resources consultancy. Highly respected, they work with blue chip companies, providing client-focused solutions to employee benefit requirements.

They now have an opening in their London office for a Team Leader within their Flexible Benefits division.



With previous supervisory experience, they are seeking someone with significant knowledge experience of flexible benefits and administration of schemes, coupled with an understanding of defined benefit and defined contribution pension scheme administration

Working to deadlines with attention to detail, with the ability to demonstrate a steady work background it is also essential that you have knowledge of regulatory requirements and legislation that may impact on the business

Educated to Math's and English GSCE to grade C or above, QPA and ideally Prince 2 experience is preferable but not essential.
