Operations Clerk, Transfers - London
We are recruiting for a leading firm of Investment Management who deliver active wealth management, bonded to individually selected benchmarks
Their offices based in central London is now seeking an Operation Clerk where your responsibilities will include controlling and monitoring the transfer of client relationships, liaising with transferring broker to identify accounts & assets to be transferred, arrange transfer of stock & cash to custodian and monitor progress of transfers, dealing with any resolutions or escalations of issues as they arise
Additionally you will be involved in PEP/ISA administration which will include maintaining and controlling information on internal systems, making subscriptions ensuring relevant HMRC regulations are followed and advising fund managers of subscription status of their clients
Ideally, you will already have gained a settlements background and will be looking to move to a role that involves overseeing and monitoring rather than focussing on processing.
