Pensions Administrator


Due to expansion this large Third Party Administrator are currently recruiting for a Pensions Administrator. Working within an established team you will be processing cradle to grave calculations, including manual calculations, on a number of different pension schemes. Experience of Final Salary (DB) and/or Money Purchase (DC) schemes is essential for this position.

Duties will include: -

Processing renewals, including benefit statements, valuation and risk data and preparatory work for trustee report and accounts.
Maintaining and monitoring scheme bank accounts.
Preparation work for pension payrolls, and pension increases.
Supporting team members in meeting targets.
Production of statistics for regular reports to trustees.
Involvement in designated projects, relating to services, system, processes or customer requirements.
Checking manual calculations.
Develop client relationships and help identify where schemes and profitability could be improved.

Candidates' should have the following:-

Good telephone manner and sound communication & verbal skills.
Existing pensions knowledge within a similar role. Ideally progressing with the QPA/PMI qualification but this is not essential.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and cope with high volumes of work.
Assist colleagues as part of a team.
Ability to cope with stressful situations.
Smart Appearance.
Customer focussed.


Salary:
£18000 - £25000 per annum
