Team Manager - Third Party Administration
An exciting opportunity has arisen within this expanding organisation for a Team Manager within their London Third Party Administration practice. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the provision of an efficient, pro-active administration service for allocated clients.
Responsibilities will include:
?In conjunction with the Administration Manager, lead, manage and support a team of Senior Administrators and Administrators, including monitoring performance, coaching and the identification of development needs as well as support in studying towards professional qualifications..
?Overseeing the delivery of an efficient and pro-active administration service to the firm's clients and scheme members.
?Assist with the development and review of internal procedures and systems to ensure the smooth running of the Third Party Administration practice.
?Review and calculate more complex cases and check calculations and other work of the team.
?Acting as part of the project team for any client related projects, ensuring that requests are delivered on time and standards are maintained.
?Build and maintain strong links with other practice areas within the Firm to ensure a seamless and integrated delivery of services for allocated clients.
?Prepare and issue client bills in accordance with the billing targets of the firm.
?Assist with and contribute to new business proposals and presentations.
Candidates should have the following experience: -
?Proven experience of having managed an administration team, daily work flows within and large projects across an administration function or related team function.
?Possess a sound knowledge of Third Party Administration processes, both DB and DC scheme arrangements.
?Possess extensive experience working with a Pensions Administration system, preferably the UPM system - familiarity with Document Image Processing would be an advantage.
