Service Manager
My client, a Pensions Consultancy is currently seeking a Service Manager to join their West Sussex offices.
You will be responsible for delivering service to agreed standards, as well as controlling and managing costs and delivery of revenue within agreed targets whilst ensuring overall team performance to meet current and future business needs.
In addition you will be also be responsible for planning, prioritising and distributing work taken on by the teams and guiding coaching, developing and disciplining to help satisfactory resolution of people issues, including full use of performance review system.
Possesses previous pensions knowledge and experience, you should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above and have good people and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £24000 - £35000 per annum + excellent benefits
