Private Client Sales Support Administrator
Due to on going growth of our Clients Birmingham office they are currently recruiting an additional Sales Support Administrator to join a dedicated team of private client sales support administrators within their independent financial advisory company.
As the successful candidate you should be able to demonstrate the ability to handle clients in an effective and customer focused manner over the telephone on non advisory queries, construct appropriate correspondence as well as undertake a broad range of sales support administration activities, in a timely and efficient manner.
Previous sales support administration experience gained within an IFA environment is required, with a range of experience in private client work with proven organisational and problem solving abilities.
Studying for FPC qualifications, candidates should ideally have already successfully achieved FPC 1 and 2 and be computer literate e.g. excel, word (PowerPoint would be advantageous but not essential) as well as experience of 1st Software for client and product information helpful.
