Administration/Operations Manager
We are currently recruiting for a specialist firm of Pension Administrators based in Yorkshire who due to continued growth are looking for a Pensions Administration/Operations Manager.
The key responsibility in this role is to take full responsibility for the management of 4 administration teams including; staffing, recruiting, training and mentoring of team leaders. This role also takes full responsibility for the In-house IT team.
Previous experience within a similar role along with excellent technical pension knowledge including Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes. The successful candidate should also possess strong supervisory and managerial experience.
