Implementation Technician
Our Client, a leading organisation within Employee & Flexible Benefits is currently seeking an Implementation Technician who will be responsible for configuring, updating and maintaining their content management system and website technology.
As the successful candidate you will be required to establish relationships across the organisation, business areas and suppliers in order to deliver successful site builds.
You will also support the line manager, other team members and business areas in achieving team and individual site build targets and customer launches ensuring the integrity of each site build is maintained, focussing on internal consistency and compliance to standards, processes and strategies.
As the successful candidate, you must have a clear understanding of deliverables and be technically literate with strong interpersonal and people skills. You will also have the ability to develop own skills and knowledge to support new methods, processes and techniques as well as contribute to encourage ideas and build on suggestion of others.
Basic knowledge of Access, Paint Shop Pro and HTML is desirable, along with Java Script, if possible and a proven track record of dealing with stakeholders at all levels advantageous.
