PA - Ongoing assignment

A Large Investment Bank based in the Docklands is seeking a PA to work on an ongoing assignment within their Investment Banking Division.

The right candidate MUST have advanced MS package skills, as well as being able to work to deadlines and have experience of supporting at a Managing Director level.

Main Duties:

·Diary management
·Travel arrangements
·Dealing with expenses
·PowerPoint Presentations
·General administration and ad hoc duties
·Monitoring sickness
