A Specialist investment consultancy, based in the West End, currently have an opportunity to work as an Operations Associate.

The Organisation assists clients with all areas of the investment process. This includes establishing financial objectives, devising optimal investment and management strategies and implementing the chosen arrangements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for,

Collateral Management - Verifying weekly or monthly asset valuations provided by counterparties for swap clients and instructing collateral. Keeping all corresponding client records up to date.

Valuations ? Verifying monthly fund valuations received from the Administrator. Maintaining the main swaps valuation spreadsheet and producing monitoring reports for applicable clients. Investigating discrepancies in valuations of swaps and structured products provided by counterparties.

Trading ? Activities associated with the quarterly rolling of the swaps, including agreeing mark-to-market figures on the swaps being closed and collateral and notional levels on new swaps. Instructing and following up trading with the counterparties, underlying hedge funds and administrators.

Swap Confirmations ? For each new swap put in place you will confirm and check all trading details.

Salary: £30000 - £35000 per annum
