Duty Manager - Private Members Club
Duty Manager required for a Private Members Club based in Central London.
Previous experience will be required as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in Conference and Banqueting + Restaurant service in either Hotels or Private Members Clubs.
This position will suit a person who is looking to pursue a career in Food and Beverage, possibly looking to take on their first Management role
Duties will include: -
Assisting with the management of the A La Carte Restaurant, Members Lounge and the Conferencing and Event space
Meeting and greeting guests and ensure a high standard of service is maintained at all times
Motivate, organize and supervise the team
Maintain that all areas comply with health and safety regulations, and are kept clean and tidy at all times
Salary: Up to £21,000 per annum
