General Manager - 4* Deluxe Hotel
Our client currently looking for a dynamic General Manager to manage this beautiful 4 star Deluxe Hotel based in the heart of London.
Applicants are required to have a background in hotels based in London, either 4 or 5 star Hotels around 200 bedrooms. With a track record and previous experience of working in all departments inc Food and Beverage, Front Office, Revenue and sales.
You will need to have great financial acumen, an amazing ability to lead from the front , easily influence HODs into making decisions, managing budgets, staff control and management.
Main duties will be to Develop financial, operational and business plans, Maximise food and beverage revenue, ensure and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, developing and implementing marketing plans.
