Reception Manager - 4* Hotel
Our client a 400 approx bedroom 4 star hotel, based close to Hyde Park, London, Is currently looking for a Reception Manager.
Applicants will be required to have a strong background as a Reception Manager with 4 star hotels based in London or an Assistant Front Office Manager within4 star Hotels looking for their first head of department role.
Duties will include:-
The management, training and development of the Front office team
Handling of departments costs and controls
Ensure that hotel policies and standards are met and are adhered to by all staff
Supporting other HODS
Provide a high level and consistent level of customer's service
Ensuring that customer satisfaction is meeting the requirement that it should have for a 4 star hotel
Promoting the hotels facilities at all times
Applicants must have experience of using and training of Fidelio, Will need to be an excellent man manager, motivator, hands on, focused, people friendly, enthusiastic, creative, ability to multi task and also determined. Will also be required to have importantly fantastic customer service skills, excellent communications skills, great organisational skills and also pristine presentation
