NIGHT SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECH - MON TO THURS
My client is looking for a skilled and motivated electrical maintenance engineer to take up a position on a night shift at a prestigious site in West London.
The working shift will be 10pm - 8am Monday to Thursday. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that all the PPM's are completed and that the morning handovers are completed. In addition to this you will be working on distribution boards, fan coils, emergency lighting and be responsible for the servicing of control panels.
A suitable candidate will need to be a 'self starter' and be able to take ownership and manage their work load.
Skills / Qualifications Required:
Significant M&E Maintenance experience within a business critical client environment.
Completion of a recognised apprenticeship / training scheme and significant practical experience within Building Maintenance sector.
Good work attitude with a strong customer awareness and demonstrable experience gained within a similar environment with experience in a similar role.
Electrical Experience is essential, backed up by recognised industry qualifications, including 16th Regulations.
Experience of effectively carrying out planned maintenance tasks within the buildings services environment.
Experience of H&S with IOSH qualification being desirable.
Excellent written / oral communication skills.
Due to the specific requirements of, the applicant must be prepared to have a flexible approach to working hours and be prepared to work unsociable hours as and when required to meet the clients needs / requirements in the event of an emergency, major plant failure or essential maintenance shutdowns.
