Analyst - CRM & Database Maintenance Data Analyst
My client, a public sector organisation, has an urgent requirement for an Analyst - CRM & Database Maintenance. You will be responsible for analysing the quality of data inputted into Siebel CRM and drawing reports from CRM system, amending data quality and ensuring high data standards. Additionally, you will examine data gathering methods in various business areas and make efficiency recommendations.
This is a perfect role for an analyst with the knowledge of national data standards and nationally available data sets as you will have to establish business rules in data gathering.
You will ideally be a strong team player with willingness to further develop specialist IT and analytic skills. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are required as you will roll-out changes as well as ensure that they are communicated to all stakeholders.
