Fantastic oppportunity to work on the sampling team for one of the leading contract publishers.This is a key sales role that involves pro-actively selling to major client contacts to meet and exceed day and revenue targets for in-store and external sampling activities. The focus is on new business development through introducing new brands to the branded sampling programme from selected clients. The role requires a senior salesperson experienced at dealing with clients direct from product manager up to marketing director level, and who is capable and skilled at creating and delivering bespoke presentations face-to-face. To ensure that the sampling is being effectively communicated and sold to suppliers and their agencies, and for actively participating in ?closing? each months activity (ie ensuring monthly targets are met and to deadline) ·To sell effectively to suppliers and their agencies by preparing targeted presentations, using the most effective data and where possible offering a platform of revenue generating solutions including advertorial promotions, coupons.
