Site Manager - Internals

The Project
A large residential scheme incorporating 800 apartments and a hotel. The scheme has two years left to run. The site is in Hayes Middlesex, 15 minutes by train from Paddington.


The Role

? Manage & monitor internal programme of all internal trades, Dry wall / Plaster / Carpenter/ Soft floor finishes / Kitchen Contractor / Electrician / Plumber etc.
? Manage pre paint snagging with Finishing Forman.
? Manage trades and finishing foremen up to build snagging complete, hand over of units up to a standard for inspection by Quality Control. Manage the completion of Quality Control snagging and issues, and the hand over of completed units into stock.
? Monitor and record programme by way of regular progress meetings with key trades.
? Control the call of materials in line with site programme and progress.
? Control the trade sign off of finished works and collation of trade hand over sheets.
? Manage Finishing Forman and Assistant Manager to monitor quality progress and ensure trades and inspection are all in line with programme and phase occupation strategy.


Salary: £42,000 - £47,000
