Commercial Manager - Harrow/Chelmsford - 65000 + Pkg
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to come and join a very successful M&E design and build contractor.
The Commercial Manager will be reporting to the Commercial Director and the Commercial Manager's duties will consist of:
To manager tender terms and condition reviews.
Manage set term financial targets including reporting of financial status.
To undertake tender approval and adjudication procedure.
Attend regular meeting with Contract Managers to discuss and appraise the performance of the contract.
To review purchasing procedures and purchase order authorisation, risk identification and mitigation.
To provide costs for capital projects, plant replacement and improvements.
To assist in appointing specialist sub contractors.
To assist in providing budget information.
To provide the immediate focal point for all matters relating to commercial issues.
