IT Recruitment Sales Manager- Unique Opportunity
Based in high spec offices with views of the River Thames and the London Eye a young and dynamic IT Recruitment company are actively seeking an experienced IT recruitment manager to run and grow a team of 4 consultants. Focused on the lucrative and still-growing ERP market their high profile client base includes Cadbury Schweppes, Unilever, Kimberly Clark and Nestle.
Within this position the key objectives are two-fold; to develop and build the existing team, growing both the revenue and the team members through managing and motivating them, and achieving personal revenue targets. It is envisaged that as soon as the team reaches a 8-10 in size and are delivering an agreed/appropriate revenue level, this will become a purely management based role.
To be successful you will be an experienced IT Recruitment Manager/Team Leader with an excellent track record of delivery. You will have a strong knowledge of the IT sector; have excellent business development skills combined with strong communication, ambition, drive and tenacity.
