Retail Site Managers

Salary & Location
Site Managers will be located at one of multiple stores throughout the UK. The contracts start in January and will average 3 months in length. The Site Managers will be paid a maximum of £250 per shift working nights. Shifts will be 10 hours on average.
Role Description
Site managers will be working at nights on a supermarket refresh & refurbishment programmes spanning over 3 months. Site managers will be responsible for all health and safety, inductions, site diary and all sub-contractors. The site managers will be controlling all works carried out at night and report into the Project Manager each morning. The site managers must have good organisation and communication skills as they will be responsible for up to 20-50 sub-contractors at any one time on site.
Required Experience
The site manager must come from a retail refurbishment / fit -out background. The right candidate MUST have extensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of retail refurbishment. Night shift experience is also an asset.
Site managers must have a CSCS card and a 4 day first aid, 5 day CITB qualification is also required..
