Salary and Location
£32,000 - £36,000 + car or allowance + benefits. Based East London.

Role Description
The Civil Sub Agent will be responsible for the management of civil work sites, including;
- Drainage
- Earthworks
- Bridges
- Station refurbishments
- Car parks

The Civil Sub Agent will report to the Senior Agent and oversee the day to day running of the site. Responsibilities include management of sub contractors, maintaining health and safety standards, preparation of relevant site paper work and progress reports for the client and management. There is the opportunity to manage more than one site at a time, progressing to a Site Agent level. The Civil Sub Agent must have excellent communication skills, as the position will include liaising with senior management and the client.

Required Experience
HNC or HND in Civil Engineering is preferable but not essential. Experience in earthworks and structures is very favourable but any sector from a heavy civil engineering background would be considered.
