40,000 + Package
This is a new role due to company expansion. We are looking for a Contracts Manager to come and join this well known experienced industry expert who delivers a portfolio of integrated, innovative systems and services for the design, installation, maintenance and management of a wide variety of specialist environments.

You will be based at the Derby Office responsible for the contracts with the Maintenance Division within Schools, Hospitals, Chimerical and Blue Chip sites throughout the Midlands.
You will need to have Contracts Management experience dealing within the Maintenance Sector.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be directly responsible for the Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers both mobile and static based. You will be dealing with a variety of contracts and will need a good understanding of Quotation, Estimation, Building Regulations and full contract lifecycle.
