Experience Technical background in transport policy and scheme development. Knowledge of SATURN essential.

Major multi disciplinary consultancy are looking to expand their team in Surrey with technical expertise. The demand for SATURN work is growing and modellers or planners experienced with the software are urgently needed for major projects.
Duties:
Produce reports on projects as directed
Evaluate transport planning problems, consulting senior staff as necessary
Possess working knowledge of appropriate transport planning software ARCADY, PICADY, TRANSYT Micro simulation modelling - SATURN
Undertake assignments on his/her own without day to day supervision
Ensure tasks are carried out within agreed timescales and budgets
Keep up to date with current methods and the latest research in transport planning
Liaise with other disciplines and clients as required on technical aspects

Major multi million pound projects for transport network design and development in busy urban areas. Private contracts include mixed use and residential transport planning.
