VP and Director Leverage finance

My prominent client is a fast-growing European bank with a great history within the Corporate Finance arena and is looking to expand its Leveraged Finance team. They are looking to take on an experienced finance professional at the vice president level or equivalent.

The successful candidate must be able to project manage teams involved in the execution of Leveraged Finance transactions, and be responsible for the origination and identification of new opportunities. The applicant must be able to lead due diligence scoping and review and perform a lead role in the preparation of credit papers, including suitable analysis and resolution of credit, syndication and reputation issues.

My client requires a degree educated candidate or the equivalent. The ideal applicant will be at a senior associate level with relevant experience within Leveraged Finance and/or deal-related expertise from another profession, or the equivalent to this.

Remuneration will be very competitive and based on previous experience and ability to add value to the team.
