Operations Manager

The Company:

Our client is a brand new company in the betting and gaming sector and are currently looking for an Operations Manager to head its' retail estate. You will be based from home however extensive travel between locations and the company head office in South West London will be necessary.

The Role:

The overall purpose of the role is to ensure the estate of betting shops are effectively managed to ensure that commercial targets are met. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer service standards are met. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for all the major requirements necessary for the smooth running of the estate including: Staffing, recruitment and selection, training, profitability and business monitoring, security and awareness of competitor activity.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have 10-15 years experience in multi-site betting operations departments. You will possess strong management, organisational and administrative skills along with sound commercial judgement and awareness. Good written and verbal communications skills are also necessary.
