TA with autism experience required
This North Birmingham primary SEN school specialises in working with children with autism.
The school is an extremely friendly environment, team work is essential to the smooth running of the school and a sense of humour is paramount!
You will be working across the Key Stages, working with both small groups and individual pupils. You will be recording pupils' progress and assisting teachers with their duties. You should have good working knowledge of Makaton and PECS and should be able to show evidence that you have used this on a daily basis in previous roles.
You should have at least 6 month's experience working in a similar environment and you should ideally have a current CRB.
Please note that you will need to supply two professional childcare references before you commence employment.
