Business Analyst
This vacancy is for a Business Analyst to join the Structured Products and Leveraged Finance PC Change team.
Responsibilities:
- Support for Project Manager in planning and managing implementation. e.g. - Input to estimate and planning processes and highlight resource requirements or conflicts. - Completion of deliverables according to the plan. - Management of small to medium project phases independently (e.g. requirements analysis, user testing, management of process change, post-implementation support, and roll-out to other areas).
- Assistance with project controls and communication. e.g. - Documentation and project processes are followed as agreed with the project manager. - Regular updates and escalation of key issues to the project manager and project team as appropriate. - Management of project risks and issues to conclusion as agreed with project manager.
- Business and Test Analysis. e.g. - Identification, prioritisation & agreement of project requirements with business clients. - Business & functional specifications (as appropriate) documented at a quality and level of detail sufficient for development & testing; signed off by relevant line and IT owners. - Participation in and management of user testing; - Definition and documentation of procedures & training to support and control new business processes and applications.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant or have equivalent experience, and have a Project Management / Business Analysis background. They must have experience within Banking, and will preferably have Change Management and product knowledge / experience.
