Senior HNW Administrator (Payments Team)

Due to rapid expansion my client, an international Financial Services and Insurance organisation are seeking a Senior High Net Worth (HNW) Administrator (Payments Team) to join their Croydon based office.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the processing of all HNW payments ensuring you adhere to all FSA and Company regulations in respect of HNW business. You will also be required to deal with all queries relating to payments and answer inbound calls for the department and assist with all queries.

You must have the ability to work as part of a busy and very demanding team as well as use your own initiative, be highly numerate and accurate with the ability to show a high level of organisation, possess excellent attention to detail and have a can do attitude.

Ideally candidates should come from a Financial Services, General Insurance, Banking or Building Society background. Strong administration experience within a varied office environment is required, in addition candidates with exposure to a High Net Worth environment have a definite advantage.

Candidates will be educated to A-Level calibre or equivalent and have a willingness to study towards professional qualifications. Good knowledge of MS packages is essential.

Salary:
£18000 - £19500 per annum + excellent benefits
