Senior Analyst - Trade Settlements

My Client was established nearly 40 years ago and operates in markets outside the Americas. They are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to work for their Investment Administration, Trade Settlements division.

As the successful candidate you will be required to process transactions received from the trading desks, match against the brokers and arrange settlement with the fund's custodian. You will also investigate & resolve trade related queries in a timely fashion and ensure that portfolio records are correctly stated to avoid financial loss.

Candidates must have proven ability to communicate and upkeep relationships with the trading desks, custodian banks and counterparty banks. In addition, you will be required to assist with generic team duties, support the NAV valuations, the Fund Accounting system and the Fund's holdings.

Previous experience of Fixed Income, FX/Money Market or Derivatives confirmation & settlement processes is essential as well as an understanding and knowledge of the Investment Management business. You will be a proactive thinker with a dynamic ?can do? attitude and a strong desire to make things happen and follow issues to conclusion.
