An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a busy and exciting Treasury Support team, working in the City of London. Based near the trading floor you will be working in all aspects of Treasury operations.

The Role

A varied and challenging opportunity, you will need previous experience within FX/ MM Operations.

The successful candidate will be supporting the Assistant Manager of Treasury Settlements, as well as having the opportunity to aid the Head of Treasury Settlements with project related matters.

The role will give exposure to OTC Derivative products. Daily duties are varied and include: The authorization of data input and related output as well as all payments generated both automatically and manually Deal processing, generation of payments and related controls Production of manual SWIFT payment orders Matching and checking of deal confirmations (Manual and system supported) Brokerage reconciliation and settlement Reconciliation of Nostro positions Sterling deposits and position control Processing of CREST instruments Administration of Project Finance transactions Administration of derivative products Deal Breakages Amendment of transactions, application of penalty fees Departmental queries General office duties including filing / mailing To perform other duties within the department as required

There is the opportunity to go permanent in this position and with constant new initiatives being introduced; no day is ever the same.

Salary & Benefits

£18 - 22 per hour
