Flexible Benefits Team Leader. London

A challenging and progressive role now exists within this leader of employee benefits, actuarial and human resources consultancy. With offices across the UK and internationally, they work with blue chip companies, providing client-focused solutions to employee benefit and total reward requirements.

They now have an opening for a Team Leader in their Flexible Benefits department. This is an exceptional role that could lead to the position of Consultant, should you want to progress your career in that direction.

As the Team Leader, you will be leading a team responsible for flexible benefit administration services.

Possessing significant experience of flexible benefits and administration of schemes, the client is seeking someone with an understanding of defined benefit and defined contribution pension scheme administration, knowledge of regulatory requirements and legislation and staff supervisory experience, coupled with the ability to demonstrate a steady work background

Salary:
£30000 - £38000 per annum + Excellent overall package
